APPOINTMENTS AND DEPOSIT
You can make an appointment for a tattoo only when we have the finished design you want, so that we can estimate how long it will take to make it and so that we can tell you the exact price.

DEPOSIT
An appointment is reserved by leaving a deposit. The deposit is 70,00 € for tattoos valued up to 200,00 €, or 50% of the total amount for tattoos valued over 200,00 €.
The deposit must be paid within two working days of arranging the appointment, regardless of how far in advance the appointment is booked. Upon completion of the tattoo, the total price of the tattoo is reduced by the amount of the paid deposit.
You can pay the deposit in cash at the studio, via bank transfer, or via PayPal.
It often happens that a client books an appointment several weeks in advance and forgets to pay the deposit, we delete the appointment because we have not received the payment, and that leads to problems. Appointments that are not confirmed with a deposit are deleted automatically, without prior notice to the client.
The advance payment is used to cover business costs in case the client does not show up at the agreed appointment and does not notify us in time. If you are unable to come to the appointment, please let us know by e-mail at info.octopustattoo@gmail.com no later than two working days before the appointment. Otherwise, you will lose the right to a refund. Appointments booked for Monday must be canceled no later than the previous Friday at 12:00 p.m.
If you wish to move the appointment to another date and you inform us no later than two working days before the scheduled appointment, you retain the right to a refund of the deposit.
DESIGN CHANGES
A client who wants to change the design at the tattoo appointment loses the paid deposit if the changes make it impossible to execute the tattoo at the agreed time. For any possible changes, you need to contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment. If the appointment is scheduled for Monday, changes must be reported by the previous Friday.
LATENESS
If you are late for your appointment for a tattoo, be sure to let us know by sending an email with the subject ‘I’M LATE’ to info.octopustattoo@gmail.com. If we estimate that your delay would interfere with the appointments of clients who are scheduled after you, we will not be able to receive you and you will lose the right to a refund of the advance payment.
This depends on the length of your appointment and the period of delay. For example, if the tattoo appointment is 1 hour, you must not be more than 15 minutes late, with the mandatory prior notice of the delay.
