BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Just like when booking a tattoo appointment, before reserving a laser tattoo removal session, we’ll need a few details from you so we can accurately assess the following:

  • can your tattoo even be removed
  • how many appointments would be needed
  • how much time will an appointment take
  • what will be the price of one appointment

How to book

You can use the form on this page to send us a picture (or more of them) of the tattoo you want to remove. We recommend that you place a ruler next to the tattoo when taking the photo so that we can estimate the size, which is an important factor in determining the price and duration of the treatment. In the ‘notes’ field, write how old the tattoo is. At least 6 months must pass from the tattooing to the first possible laser treatment, and the interval between individual laser treatments should be at least 2 months so that the skin can regenerate deeply.

Consultations

If the photo you send does not allow us to accurately assess the potential effectiveness of laser removal, we’ll need to schedule an in-person consultation at the studio to examine the tattoo/skin directly. If you have an old tattoo you’d like to cover with a new one and only want to lighten it with a laser, please mention that in advance so we can include our tattoo artists in the process.

Deposit

Appointments for laser tattoo removal are confirmed by paying a deposit (in person at the salon, via bank transfer, or PayPal). The deposit is €80.00 for treatments with a total value of up to €200.00, or 50% of the total value for treatments of €200.00 and above.
The deposit must be paid within two business days of scheduling the appointment, regardless of how far in advance the booking is made. It often happens that clients book an appointment several weeks ahead but forget to pay the deposit, so the appointment is removed because no payment has been received, which can lead to misunderstandings.
Appointments that are not confirmed with a deposit are automatically cancelled without additional notice, as it is assumed that the client gave up on the appointment.

The deposit covers business costs if the client fails to show up for a booked appointment without timely cancellation.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us via email at info.octopustattoo@gmail.com no later than two working days before the appointment. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. Appointments scheduled for Monday must be canceled by Friday before, at 12PM at the latest.

When paying for the treatment, the total price will be reduced by the deposit amount.

Late Arrival

If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us via email at info.octopustattoo@gmail.com with the subject line “RUNNING LATE”. If we determine that your delay would interfere with other clients’ appointments, we will not be able to proceed with your session, and you will lose the right to a deposit refund.

The allowed delay time depends on the duration of your appointment and the length of your delay. For example, if your laser removal session lasts one hour, you may be no more than 15 minutes late, provided you have notified us in advance.
