Payment and Delivery
We strive to keep the web shop up-to-date with the actual stock status, but due to the quantity of jewelry, this is sometimes not possible. If the jewelry you ordered is not in stock, we can order it unless it is a model that has been discontinued.
Since most wholesale piercing jewelry companies have a certain minimum quota that must be met when placing an order (e.g. $1000 or 100 pieces of a single jewelry model), we kindly ask for your understanding in case the waiting period for the jewelry is prolonged (we cannot order just one piece, so we must wait for more people to order something we do not have in stock, or for us to run out of a particular item ourselves). If the ordered jewelry is not in stock, after the manufacturer receives our order, we must wait for production, which can take up to several months.
All prices are expressed in euros and include 25% VAT. Jewelry is sold per piece unless otherwise stated.

Retail orders received via the web shop will be processed within 5 business days. During holidays and vacation periods, please check our working hours before ordering.

Shipments are delivered by Croatian Post Delivery cost: 5.00 €
Free delivery for orders over 70.00 €
Packages usually arrive within 3–6 business days, depending on your place of residence
Delivery to EU countries
Shipments are sent by registered mail Delivery cost: 8.00 €
Free delivery for orders over 100.00 €

We are not responsible for any damage to jewelry caused during transport. Please check the package upon receipt and immediately report any damage to the courier.
